1. Program Overview

SponsorPay provides sponsor-funded discounts and gift cards for Selecto Shoes and Ubee Kids Clothing. Sponsors are charged only after valid in-store redemption based on sponsor-defined rules.

2. Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors are responsible for defining offer rules, monitoring budgets, and keeping payment methods current in the sponsor portal.

3. Redemptions

Redemptions occur only in participating stores. Offers apply only to eligible categories and limits set by the sponsor.
