Pricing FAQ
- Is there a monthly or annual fee for stores?
- No. Stores pay nothing to use SponsorPay. The platform is completely free for stores. The only charge is the 3% processing fee on sponsor funds that SponsorPay collects and remits to you.
- What exactly triggers the 3% store fee?
- The fee applies only when SponsorPay actively collects a sponsor's payment and transfers it to the store. If the store and sponsor settle funds outside of SponsorPay, no fee is charged.
- What does a sponsor pay per coupon?
- Sponsors pay a $1 flat fee per coupon created, plus a 3% platform fee on the amount they fund. The $1 fee is charged at the time of creation regardless of how many times the coupon is redeemed.
- Can sponsors get a discount if they create a lot of coupons?
- Yes. Sponsors who need 100 or more coupons can contact us to discuss volume pricing. Reach out via the contact page and we'll put together a custom quote.
- Is the store processing fee charged to the store or the sponsor?
- The store's 3% comes out of the sponsor's payment before it reaches the store. The sponsor separately pays their own $1 coupon fee and a 3% platform fee on the amount they fund.
