The store can choose which kollelim, mosdos, or organizations it wants to accept.

SponsorPay requires the organization to sign an agreement.
A payment method is kept on file and may be charged if payment is late.
The store may adjust the discount to account for the 3% payout fee.
You only pay 3% when SponsorPay pays you.
